We must learn to exploit the young and smart entrepreneurs are coming to the fore and their associations, to involve the workers' union, the Economic Society Valtellina, our banks so well rooted in the land, the nascent "Technology Centre", the consortium "Live the Marshes" and "Corporate Development", to name some of the most important players.
